Benefact Occupational Therapy is not currently accepting new referrals.

We understand this can be frustrating. Thank you for your interest in working with us.

What are your options?

1. You may be able to access specialist OT support through Connected Health Alliance (CHA)

Some people may be eligible to work with Isabella (OT) through CHA’s occupational therapy branch.

CHA is a multidisciplinary service that supports people with:

  • Complex chronic health conditions

  • Hypermobility and connective tissue disorders (e.g. EDS)

  • Chronic pain and fatigue

  • Psychosocial and invisible disabilities

What this means:

  • You may still be able to access occupational therapy support

  • Services may look a bit different to Benefact

  • Telehealth and in-clinic (University of Wollongong Innovation Campus) options are available

If you would like to explore OT support via CHA, we encourage you to contact CHA directly:

2. Finding another Occupational Therapist

If CHA is not the right fit, you can search for another occupational therapist using:

This tool can help you find OTs based on:

  • Location

  • Area of practice

  • Telehealth availability

Not sure what to do?

If you’re unsure which option is right for you, that’s okay.

You can:

  • Take your time to explore services

  • Reach out to providers and ask questions

  • Choose what feels like the best fit for your needs

Important

  • Benefact is currently not maintaining an active waitlist

  • Submitting a referral via Benefact communication channels will not be reviewed or held for future intake

If you have previously worked with Benefact and need support, please follow the instructions provided in your last communication or contact us via your existing channels.
